To celebrate the launch of the Chinese site for the Nowness website, Part of a Bigger Plan created a video based on a Dragon Boat Race event held every year to commemorate the life of famous Chinese poet and politician, Qu Yuan. This animation shows a number of dragons racing through many key events and discoveries in Chinese culture. The stop-frame animation was made entirely out of paper.
